For business / Team adoption day

You bought the licenses. Nobody is using them.

Most teams are using AI as a slightly worse search engine. They were given a tool and no habits, so nothing changed.

A day fixes that, but only if people do their own work in the room.

What your team leaves with

  • A shared brain for the team, loaded with how you actually work
  • Two jobs per person, from their own week, already running
  • A written use policy covering what goes in and what never does
  • An internal champion identified and briefed before we leave

How it works

On site. Half day or full day, up to fifteen people, with larger groups available. We talk first so the session is built around what your team actually does rather than a stock curriculum. Everyone brings a laptop.

Does your team’s week look like this?

The repeat work that eats your team’s week. Every one of these can be built into your team’s team adoption day.

  • In a small office, a Black man in his thirties with a short beard, the manager, pauses behind an adult employee, a woman about 28, who is pasting from an email into a chat window on a desktop monitor seen from the side.
Your team is already pasting client emails into ChatGPT. Nobody asked.
    The quiet question

With AI A one-page AI policy your team actually reads, with the list of what never goes in.

  • A Middle Eastern man in his thirties with a trimmed dark beard stands behind a bakery counter answering a customer, while several customers wait in line, each with an identical small speech bubble shape above them.
Answered the same customer question six times today. It’s Tuesday.
    The same question

  • A Latino man in his thirties with short dark hair sits at a small office desk late in the day with a printed proposal with a coffee ring, a phone face up and a notebook, rubbing the back of his neck.
Three emails to answer, two leads to call back, one proposal to chase. It’s Thursday.
    The follow-up

With AI Every reply, lead and proposal waiting on you, in one Friday list with the follow-ups already drafted.

Needs email connected with sending set to drafts only. It drafts; you send.

  • An East Asian man in his thirties leaves a conference room with a coffee in hand, looking back over his shoulder at a whiteboard covered in arrows and scribbled shapes.
Great meeting. Nobody wrote down who’s doing what.

  • A white business owner in her thirties with highlighted chestnut hair stands behind the counter of her small shop mid-explanation to a new employee, a grown woman in her late twenties, who holds a notebook full of questions.
Her first two weeks were mostly asking where things are.
    The first two weeks

With AI A how-we-do-it guide she can ask questions, built from how you already explain it.
